Who Does LPL Work With?

LPL provides production labor for AV production companies, producers, and event or experiential agencies. Our focus is supporting the team delivering the production.

What Kind Of Production Labor Can I Request?

Requests can include audio, video and LED, lighting, rigging, communications, show operations, and general production support. Describe the responsibility and technical context so the requested capability can be assessed.

Does LPL Support Projects Nationwide?

Yes. LPL supports requests across the United States. Availability is confirmed for the role, market, dates, and project requirements.

What Should I Include In A Labor Request?

Include the location, dates, call times, number of people, responsibilities, relevant systems or equipment, and reporting structure. Identify any details that are still tentative.

Can I Request One Technician Or Support Across Departments?

Yes. A request may involve one specialist, additional crew members, or support across departments. The scope of work determines the staffing discussion.

Does Submitting The Form Confirm My Crew?

No. The form starts a conversation about the assignment. Crew availability, scope, schedule, and commercial details still need to be reviewed and confirmed.

How Will Technicians Fit Into Our Production Team?

Technicians work within your leadership, communication, and production structure. Include department leads, reporting relationships, and client-facing responsibilities in the brief.

What If The Scope Or Schedule Changes?

Share revised requirements as soon as they are known. Changes to responsibilities, location, or call times may affect the people and availability needed for the assignment.

Where Can I Ask About Rates And Booking Terms?

Submit your production details through Request Labor so the discussion can reflect the actual scope. Pricing and booking terms should be confirmed directly for your project.

How Do I Introduce Myself To LPL?

Use the application on the For Technicians page. Share your location, disciplines, technical strengths, and relevant production experience.

What Experience Should I Include?

Describe the systems you have used, responsibilities you have owned, and the level of independence you are comfortable with. Specific examples are more useful than a list of titles.

Does Applying Guarantee An Assignment?
